While the learned counsel for the State submits that

the payment was made in the above terms, learned counsel

for the land-owners submits that the amount on account of

SRG was deducted from the amount of compensation and it is

the said deducted amount that has been paid.

As the consequences that will follow in either of

the situations may be different, the State is directed to

bring on record the precise manner in which compensation

and SRG was paid and deduction of SRG was made to enable

the Court to pass further orders in the matter.

List the applications on 20th July, 2018.
