Two Days Certification Programme for Directors & Aspiring Directors organised
by the Corporate Laws & Corporate Governance Committee of ICAI on 01st and
02nd August'15 at Hotel Crowne Plaza Chennai Adyar Park, T.T.K, Road Chennai

We are pleased to inform you that the Corporate Laws & Corporate Governance Committee
of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has planned to organise a Two Days
Certification programme for Directors and Aspiring Directors on 01st and 02nd August,
2015 at Hotel Crowne Plaza Chennai Adyar Park, T.T.K. Road, Chennai.

This programme is part of the series of Certification programmes for directors planned by
the Committee. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd programme of the series were successfully held at
Bangalore, Coimbatore and Mumbai.






Objective of the programme
¾ To enhance the skills and knowledge of the directors so that they discharge their
   responsibilities effectively and contribute to the Board.
¾ To help directors derive a complete idea about the roles which they are expected to
   play.
¾ To help participants understand clearly the board room process so that they play an
   important role in the Board meetings.
¾ The Certification programme is designed for the benefit of the persons who wishes to
   become a director or who is already a director on the board of a company
