PER BENCH:
     The notice for hearing of the appeals for 23.7.2015 i.e. today, sent to

the appellant through Speed Post on 03.07.2015 at the given address at Karol

Bagh, New Delhi has been returned unserved with the remarks of the postal

authority that there is no such applicant in existence on the given address.

Under these circumstances, we are having no option but to dismiss the

appeals in default. The appeals are accordingly dismissed.
