A Morristown transfer and tax advisory firm is merging with a Colorado-based one, forming a global operation, the two said Tuesday.
Peters Advisors LLC is combining with Denver-based Economic Partners LLC under the Economic Partners name. The merger of the transfer-pricing firms is beginning immediately, and is expected to be completed by the end of the year, they said in a news release.
“We’re going to build upon our platforms, which are uniquely attractive to both clients and practitioners,” Dan Peters, founder and chief executive officer of Peters Advisors, said in a prepared statement. “Our clients can expect insightful advice provided by our senior professionals, who operate without high overhead costs and unnecessary constraints.”
The combined firm will have offices in Washington, D.C., Philadelphia and Tel Aviv, Israel, as well as the Denver and Morristown sites. It will employ a total 13 partners and more than 40 business professionals, Peters and Economic Partners added.
“Dan and I have worked together for many years, and share a common vision for what we want to achieve,” Tim Reichert, founder and CEO of Economic Partners, said in a statement. “This combination will create the premier shop in our space.
