This has reference to our letter of even number dated 24th July, 2015 regarding formation of a Group under the Convenorship of CA. Pankaj Jain, FCA to suggest a way forward to settle the account with HP and Infosys as regards Project Parivartan.

In this regard, it is requested that the sentence in the aforementioned letter i.e. `In pursuance of the decision taken by the Council at its 343rd Meeting held on 24th & 25th June, 2015, both the bank guarantees in respect of Project Parivartan have been revoked and the amount has been credited into ICAI’s account’ may please be read as `In pursuance of the decision taken by the Council at its 343rd Meeting held on 24th & 25th June, 2015, both the bank guarantees in respect of Project Parivartan have been invoked and the amount has been credited into ICAI’s account’.

The above change may please be noted.
