Dear Sir,

In pursuance of the decision taken by the Council at its 343rd Meeting held on 24th & 25th June, 2015, both the bank guarantees in respect of Project Parivartan have been revoked and the amount has been credited into ICAI’s account. Consequently, the Group constituted under the Convenorship of CA. Dhinal Ashvinbhai Shah stands dissolved. As a fall out of the above, the President, in terms of the authority given to him by the Council at its 340th meeting held in February, 2015, has constituted a Group under the Convenorship of CA. Pankaj Jain, FCA with the following members to suggest a way forward to settle the account with HP and Infosys as regards Project Parivartan:-

• CA. G. Sekar

Ms. Vibha Gupta, Joint Secretary (Legal) would act as Secretary to the said Group. She would be assisted by Shri Rajanikant Verma, Sr. Faculty (Gr. JD).

The President, in terms of the authority given to him by the Council at its 340th meeting held in February, 2015, has further constituted the following Group to suggest the new strategy to take up development of ERP system for the Institute’s regulatory functions and other activities:-

• CA. Nilesh S. Vikamsey
