Dear Sir,
This is further to our communication No. Council Affairs/M-626/2013 dated 19th August, 2013 regarding constitution of a Study Group under the convenorship of CA. Manoj Fadnis, FCA to study the issues relating to formation of LLP CA firms and formation of multi-disciplinary partnerships and to suggest the solutions thereto. The President, in terms of the authority given to him by the Council at its 331st meeting held from 10th to 12th February, 2014, has nominated CA. Dhinal Ashvinbhai Shah as Convenor and CA. Naveen N.D. Gupta as member of the said Group. Accordingly, the revised composition of the group is as under:-

- CA. Vijay Kumar Gupta
- CA. Naveen N.D. Gupta
Shri Shivam Kumar, Joint Secretary would continue acting as Secretary to the above Group and he will be supported by Shri N.P. Singh, Sr. Joint Secretary with regard to the legal issues in the matter.
