                                   ORDER

PER DR. S.T.M. PAVALAN, JM:

      This appeal filed by the Assessee is directed against the order of the
Ld.CIT(A) Mumbai dated 28.02.2013 for the Assessment Year 2009-10.






2.    At the time of hearing the Assessee has placed on record a letter dated
15.07.2014 requesting for the permission to withdraw its appeal. The learned
Departmental Representative did not raise any objection to such prayer. We,
therefore, permit the assessee to withdraw its appeal, which hereby stands
dismissed as withdrawn.

3.    In the result the appeal filed by the Assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
