Notification No. 38 / 2013 - Customs
New Delhi, dated 26th July 2013
G.S.R. 509(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table below, which shall be amended or further amended, as the case may be, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table, namely :-

92/2009-Customs, dated the 11th September, 2009, vide number G.S.R. 658(E), dated the 11th September,2009.

In the said notification, in the opening paragraph, in condition (iv), after the Proviso, the following shall be inserted, namely:-
“Provided further that the exports may also be undertaken through the Foreign Post Office at New Delhi ;”.

(4) The principal notification No. 95/2009-Customs, dated the 11th September, 2009 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 661 (E), dated the 11th September, 2009 and was last amended by notification No. 29/2013-Customs, dated the 16th May, 2013 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 316(E), dated the 16th May, 2013.
