      In these cases, Misc. Applications were fixed for hearing on various

occasions. A notice was also sent through Registered post. For today also, notice

has been sent through RAPD but none appeared. Therefore, we are left with no

option but to presume that the assessee is not interested in pursuing these Misc.

Applications and accordingly the same are dismissed in limine.


2.    In the result, Misc. Applications are dismissed.
