Reconstitution of Special Group to study the Guidelines of Members of Parliament Local Area Development (MPLAD) Scheme. Council Affairs/M-626/2010 ALL MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL Madam/Dear Sir, I wish to inform you that the President, in terms of the authority given to him by the Council at its 293rd meeting held on 12th February, 2010, has reconstituted the Special Group to study the Guidelines of Members of Parliament Local Area Development (MPLAD) Scheme of Central Government and to recommend areas for improvement in regard to Accounts and Audit part of the scheme. The Group shall comprise of the following:- CA. Jayant Gokhale (Convenor) CA. Nilesh Vikamsey CA. J. Venkateswarlu CA. Vijay K. Garg CA.
