                         The Competent Authority, which is considering the application
     for regularization                          is directed to pass final orders, if the same
     has              not       been    passed        already,   within      a    month   from      the   date   of
     communication/production of a copy of this order.
                         With    the     above    directions,          the   special      leave     petition      is
     disposed of.
                         In   case     the   application         for    regularization         is   not   decided
     within                   the      period     aforementioned,            it   will    be      open    to     the
     petitioners to approach this Court for appropriate orders in the
     matter of electricity connection.
