This is assessee's appeal against the order of ld. CIT(A)-XI,
Ahmedabad, dated 08.09.2011 passed in appeal No.CIT(A)-XI/83/10-11.
2. The only effective ground taken by the assessee in this appeal is
against a disallowance of Rs.2,03,348/- made by the A.O. u/s 14A of the Act which
has been confirmed by ld. CIT(A).

3. At the time of hearing ld. counsel of the assessee, vide letter dated
29th May, 2012, prayed for withdrawing this appeal which was granted after
hearing ld. D.R.
