Students are invited to contribute papers for various technical sessions. It has been decided to select two papers on each topic. Paper writers are exempted from payment of registration fee. All papers writers of the National Convention will be reimbursed to and fro AC 3 tier railway fare by the shortest route in trains other than Rajdhani / Shatabdi Express on production of necessary proof (both ways ticket) and also be paid an allowance of Rs. 500/- per day (upto 3 days) to meet expenses.
Outstation participants will be required to make payment for their stay arrangement in Kolkata unless they have their own place of stay.
Students interested to submit a paper can do so in a soft copy of the paper for approval so as reach positively by July 20, 2008 to the Additional Director (SG), P.B. No.36, C-1, Sector-1, Noida 201301 by e-mail at...... . A student cannot submit more than one paper. Please provide your complete address with phone number and e-mail id along with recent photograph. Please give your name on the back of the photograph.
Registration fee: Rs.500 per student for those registering till 8/8/2008 (Rs. 150 per day extra for outstation students i.e. Rs.800 for 2 days or Rs,950 for 3 days , Outstation delegates are advised to confirm their participation latest by 31st July,2008 for accommodation arrangement) & Rs.550/- for students joining after 8/8/2008.
Demand Draft to be drawn in favour of Institute Chartered Accountants of India, EIRC, payable at Kolkata. Delegate fee can be paid in cash only in case of submission in Person ( not through Post / Courier ) at EIRC office with effect from 16th June 2008 during office hours on working days ( Monday to Friday excepting holidays ). Students joining for the programme would get their delegate certificate at the end of the Convention.
