        IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CANDIDATES OF MAY 2017
             EXAMINATIONS OF KATHMANDU CENTRE ONLY

Postponement of Papers 5 and 6 of both Intermediate (IPC) / ATC and Final
examinations earlier scheduled to be held from 11th May 2017 to 14th May 2017 at
Kathmandu centre, on account of local elections at Kathmandu (Nepal).

In view of local elections at Kathmandu, Nepal on 14th May 2017, CA Examinations in the
following papers scheduled to be held from 11 th May 2017 to 14th May 2017 at Kathmandu
centre have been rescheduled as follows:

The rescheduled examinations in above mentioned papers will be held at the same venue(s)
and at the same timings i.e. from 2:00 PM(IST) to 5:00 PM (IST) with "Reading Time" of 15
minutes from 1:45 PM (IST).







Admit Cards already issued would remain valid for the rescheduled dates. The
postponement as mentioned above is applicable to Kathmandu centres only.

It is clarified that the schedule of examinations notified vide Notification No.13-
CA(EXAM)/M/2017 dated 18th January, 2017 in respect of all other cities in India and abroad
shall remain unchanged.
