H & S Management Consultants Private Ltd, a consultancy company, will organize a seminar on latest developments in indirect taxes at hotel Alakapuri here at 9.30am on May 7. The seminar, held in memory of late Saju K Abraham, will be inaugurated by M K Nazar, chairman, sales tax committee, chamber of commerce, Kozhikode.

The event will be chaired by Tom Joseph, departmental member of KVAT appellate tribunal, Kozhikode. Stanly James, managing partner, Saju & Co, chartered accountants will speak on Goods and Service Tax and the latest amendments in KVAT.
