Two Days Certification Programme for Directors & Aspiring Directors organised
by the Corporate Laws & Corporate Governance Committee of ICAI on 15 th-16th
May'15 at Hotel Le Meridien, Coimbatore
Dear Members,
We are pleased to inform you that the Corporate Laws & Corporate Governance Committee
of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has planned to organise series of Two
Days Certification programme for Directors and Aspiring Directors. The 1st programme of the
series was successfully held at Bangalore.
Now, the 2nd programme of the series is scheduled on 15th-16th May'15 at Hotel Le
Meridien, Coimbatore.
The programme is being hosted by Coimbatore Branch of SIRC of ICAI
Objective of the programme
To enhance the skills and knowledge of the directors so that they discharge their
responsibilities effectively and contribute to the Board.
To help directors derive a complete idea about the roles which they are expected to
play.
To help participants understand clearly the board room process so that they play an
important role in the Board meetings.
The Certification programme is designed for the benefit of the persons who wishes to
become a director or who is already a director on the board of a company
