ICAI S. Vaidyanath Aiyar Memorial Fund Scholarships 2014

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), New Delhi has invited applications for scholarships to students who are undergoing articled training in accordance with The Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988 and are financially backward but meritorious. The scholarships will be provided to 100 such students who wish to pursue the Chartered Accountancy (CA) course. The interested candidates should send their applications latest by April 30.

Eligibility:

In order to be eligible for availing the scholarships, the candidates are required to have passed 10+2 exam with at least 70 per cent marks. Besides, the candidates should have cleared their Common Proficiency Test (CPT) of ICAI in the first attempt itself.

Or

Candidates should have passed B.Com examination from a recognised university with at least 60 per cent marks and should be undergoing an articled training as per CA regulations.

The annual income of the parents (whose wards are applying for the scholarships) from all sources should be less that 1.5 lakh.

How to apply:

The interested students are required to send their applications to the Member Secretary, S. Vaidyanath Aiyar Memorial Fund at ICAI Bhawan", Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi-110002. The candidates are required to download the application forms from the official website.
