      This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order of the ld

CIT(Central), Gurgaon dated 27.06.2012 for the Assessment Year 2009-10.






2.    At the time of hearing, ld Counsel for the assessee filed before us a petition

seeking permission for withdrawal of appeal on the ground that the consequential

order u/s 143(3)/263 has been passed by the Assessing Officer.

3.    After considering the submissions of both the parties, we allow the assessee to

withdraw the appeal.

4.    In the result, the assessee's appeal is dismissed as being infructuous.
