The Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 is one of the path breaking initiative of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (LLP Act) received the assent of the President on the 7th January, 2009 and most of the sections of the Act have been notified on 31st March 2009. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has developed an e-portal for LLP registration, which is now being confused with MCA-21 module. Appreciating the need of the hour and in view of the importance of the Act, the Ministry has felt that a national level master trainers workshop followed by state level and district level workshop, in association with NIC and the three professional institutes of MCA may be organised.
The Committee is presently preparing a panel of experts/ faculty/ resource persons to act as trainers for the LLP workshops. Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Cost Accountants, Advocates, Management experts having multi disciplinary experience & expertise in the matter may send their Resume at the llp@icai.org within 15 days.
