All India ITR
All India ITR claims to have been offering 100% paperless process the Android and iOS apps. Users can simply upload images or PDFs of their Form-16 and other documents, after which the system auto-reads the inputs and the forms are filled automatically making it easy to file your ITR on the go. In case the system is unable to read the document, a tax expert is assigned to the user who will assist him in the entire process through chat, voice and email support. The app offers additional free tools to users such as Income Tax Calculator, HRA Calculator and Rent Receipt Generator.

ClearTax
The ClearTax app is also one of the most widely used apps. It also lets you upload your Form 26AS and Form 16 to facilitate filing your ITR. This app permits users to enter tax details while being offline. These details are automatically synced with the Clear Tax server once the user goes online. Using its features, you can file your ITR, check your Income Tax Refund Status with your PAN number & Date of Birth, calculate Income Tax for current and next financial year (as per the new Budget changes), and generate rent receipts to claim HRA benefits.

H&R Block
You can also use the H&R Block's MyBlock app to file your tax returns. It also assigns tax experts if your ITR is complex and you find it difficult to file. H&R Block offers a secure tax vault, tax savings, a hassle-free filing experience, accuracy, and transparency. You can also upload your tax documents on it and view your completed return and check your e-file status.

The Tax Smile app is designed to provide self-help. It frames intuitive questions that have been created considering tax law details in-depth. Tax Smile provides tax knowledge, accuracy, speedy filing, security, and post-filing support. The app calculates taxes due for free and charges only when income tax is filed.

The Tax Spanner app provides tutorials to users that are unfamiliar with the filing process on how to use the app. It starts the process of filing a return by asking for users email address and Form 16. Users without a Form 16 can also file ITR by using their PAN directly.
