Sub: CL&CGC of ICAI invites suggestions/comments from members on various provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules thereunder

The Companies Act 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Act’) has been notified by Ministry of Corporate Affairs in the year 2013. Since then the Government is regularly bringing out updates/clarifications by issuing Notifications, Circulars, Amendment in the Rules, Companies (Removal of Difficulty) Orders etc. Also, amendments have been made consequent to Companies (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017. 

Considering difficulties/ challenges in smooth implementation of the Act brought to our notice by the membership the Corporate Laws and Corporate Governance Committee of ICAI invites suggestions/comments from members on various provisions of the Act and Rules thereunder.
