Dear Sir,
Sub: Constitution of a Group to look at short-term as well as long-term measures on further course of action in respect of Order dated 28th February, 2014 passed by the Competition Commission of India

The Council at its 332nd meeting held on 20th, 21st and 22nd March, 2014, while receiving the Opening Remarks of the President and arising out of these Opening Remarks has decided to constitute a Group comprising the following members to look at short term as well as long term measures on further course of action in respect of the Order dated 28th February, 2014 passed by the Competition Commission of India with regard to CPE activities of the Institute:-
- CA. V. Murali, Convenor
- CA. S. Santhanakrishnan
- CA. Dhinal Ashvinbhai Shah
- CA. Tarun Jamnadas Ghia
- CA. Sanjiv Kumar Chaudhary
Shri Bhaskar Bhardwaj, Deputy Secretary would act as Secretary to the aforesaid Group. |
