  1.      The Assessee had filed the present appeal against the order of CIT(A)-VI,
          Ahmedabad order dated 17.03.2011 for A.Y. 2003-04.







  2.      Before us, the Id. A.R. at the outset submitted that the Assessee wants to
          withdraw the appeal filed to which the Id. D.R. had no objection. We

         accordingly allow the assessee to withdraw the appeal and thus the
         appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.


    3.   In the result, the appeal of the Assessee is dismissed.
