In partial modification of our communication of even number dated 13th April, 2012 regarding constitution of a Group for considering and making recommendations on issues arising out of the Order of IRDA on Dismantling of Indian Motor Third Party Insurance Pool (IMTPIP), Loss Reserve Solvency and Accounting Issues, the President, in terms of the authority given to him by the Council at its 314th meeting held from 10th to 12th February, 2012, has decided that the Chairman and Vice-Chairman, Committee on Banking, Insurance & Pension be also included as members of the aforesaid Group.
Accordingly the revised composition of the said Group is as under:
