NOTICE INVITING CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT/COST ACCOUNTANT FIRMS FOR
APPOINTMENT AS INTERNAL AUDITORS OF VARIOUS UNITS ACROSS INDIA AND ONE
CENTRAL INTERNAL AUDITOR
With reference to the Tender No. NTC/08889 for NTCL website and Tender Id 2019_NTC_410151_1 for
Central Public Procurement (CPP) portal dated 13.02.2019, Last date for submission of tender has been
extended till 22.03.2019 3.00 P.M. and bids shall be opened on 25.03.2019 3:00 P.M. All other tender
terms and conditions remain unchanged. Further clarification pertaining to tender frequently enquired by
interested firms are as under:
1. Minimum Audit fee for units annexed as Annexure XII in tender document is on Annual basis.
2. Minimum Audit Fee for Head Office as Mentioned in Annexure XII is inclusive of fee for CIA.
3. Bids from firms are called for 23 Mills, 2 Regional Office and CIA (internal audit of Head Office is also
included). Details of units for whom bids are desired is available at Annexure X. Annexure XII is meant for
firms interested to send bids for CIA only.
