NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th March, 2019
G.S.R.180(E).--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 469
of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the
following rules further to amend the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014, namely: -
1. (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Incorporation) Second
Amendment Rules, 2019.
(2) Save as otherwise provided in the notification, this notification shall
come into force from the date of publication.
2. In the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the
said rules),
I) in clause (a), sub-rule (5) of rule 30, for the words "with the widest
circulation", the words "with wide circulation" shall be substituted.
II) in the second proviso to sub-rule (2) of rule (38), for the words "equal to
rupees ten lakhs" the words "equal to rupees fifteen lakhs" shall be
substituted, with effect from 18.03.2019.
