Re: Group to study the amendments proposed by the High Level Committee set up by the MCA

In partial modification of our Circular letter No. M-626/04/2018 dated 26th February, 2018, the President has also nominated CA. Dhinal A. Shah, FCA, Ahmedabad in the Group to study the amendments proposed by the High Level Committee set up by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide OM No. 1/7/2017-PI dated 10th April, 2017 to look into Disciplinary Mechanism of the three Professional Institutes, in the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 and the Chartered Accountants (Procedure of Investigations of Professional and Other Misconduct and Conduct of Cases) Rules, 2007

Accordingly, the revised composition of the said Group will be as under:-
