Today (Febuary 4, 2010) All employees of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India are on indefinite strike to press the demand for implementation of the sixth pay commission. Head Office of ICAI at Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi came to stand still as no work took place by the agitating employees. Strike was joined by all senior and junior staff members from all the departments of ICAI.
