               Certificate Course on Arbitration, Mediation & Conciliation
                                on 13th, 14th , 15th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 27th, 28th,
                                   29th January, 2017 and 5th February, 2017

   Keeping in view the wide area of domestic, international Arbitration, Mediation, Conciliation and
   amendments recently taken place in the statutes and amendments to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,
   1996 (by the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2015) and Notification of the Companies
   (Mediation and Conciliation) Rules, 2016 in September 2016 & section 442 of the Companies Act, 2013,
   the Committee on Economic, Commercial Laws & WTO has revised & restructured the Certificate
   Course with new name as Certificate Course on Arbitration, Mediation & Conciliation (earlier known as
   Certificate Course on Arbitration). Appreciating the importance of the matter the Committee on
   Economic, Commercial Laws & WTO (CECL & WTO) of the ICAI has taken initiative to equip its
   members in this niche area through the Certificate Course on Arbitration, Mediation & Conciliation and
   proudly announces the 1st batch of the restructured new Course at Indore as per the below schedule:-
