Objective: Shelter is a basic human need, which has become a major challenge in the country, which
is fast urbanizing. In such situations Redevelopment proves to be a win win situation. With the
property rates appreciating day by day and availability of open plot getting scarce, builders today
are looking at redevelopment of housing societies and unlocking the potential of unused FSI. This
seminar aims to give the participants a clear picture of the different aspects involved in
