                           Certificate Course on Arbitration of the ICAI at Meerut
                      (On 17th , 18th , 31st January and 1st , 7th, 8th February , 2015)

   The New Companies Act 2013 by inserting a new Section 442 on the ADR Mechanism has open the
   gateway of professional opportunities for the members in the ADR Mechanism. Appreciating the
   importance of the matter the Committee on Economic, Commercial Laws & WTO (CECL & WTO) of the
   ICAI has taken initiative to equip its members in this niche area through the Certificate Course on
   Arbitration and proudly announces the XXth batch of the Course at Meerut as per the below schedule:-
