We now have the names and addresses of such people, who have more than Rs 5 lakh as outstanding d ues. These 4,816 properties, which include houses and farmhouses all over Delhi, owe the civic body Rs 637 crore, said Yogender Chandolia , chairman, MCD Standing Committee .

He added: To start with, we have issued warnings to 116 farmhouses on Sunday and will be issuing an advertisement in the newspaper, asking these defaulters to pay up.
