Item Description:- Proper implementation of Goods and Service Tax on Zonal Railway, Renewal of registration
under GST regime, if any, Work related to Output tax liability for IR's outward supplies made in the state or UT,
Work related to taking input tax credit for the entire state or UT (Registration wise) for set off against output tax
liability for the entire state or UT, Work of Filing up monthly and periodical and annual returns, Work of
1 Maintenance of Accounts and records at Principal and additional places business in the state or UT (necessary
utility will be developed by CRIS for this purpose), Dealing with local Tax Authorities as and when required. It
includes reply of notice and SCN issued by GST department and personal hearing and visit at GST department
for dispute resolutions. Assist in Department during Audit by Goods and Service Tax Department and assist all
units of Zonal Railway as and when required by Railway Administration, Imparting training to Officers and Staff of
Zonal Railway as and when required. Apart from above, if any instructions and works are assigned by Railway
Administration during contract period should also be executed.
