The Committee for Co-operatives and NPO Sectors of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is planning to bring out a publication on Frequently Asked Questions for NPOs covering provisions of Income Tax Act, 1961, GST, Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, Accounting and Auditing relating to NPOs for the benefit of members and other stakeholders. For this purpose, the members are requested to give specific questions/queries, if any, which may be considered for the publication.
