S.O.          (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Central Excise, Salem to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on them Commissioner of Customs, Tuticorin for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice issued to Shri R. Ramaraj, 70-A, A.S.M. Colony, Angeripalayam Road, Tirupur and others vide F.No. VIII/26/18/2007-Greenline-DRI/CBE dated the 31^st March, 2009 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Chennai Zonal Unit, 25, Gopalakrishna Iyer Road, T. Nagar, Chennai.
