Job Description:The candidate responsibility will include the following:
  Preparation of monthly, quarterly and fiscal (audited) financial statements.
  Development and Preparation of internal financial reports for use by the board of directors and management
  team.
  Preparation and Maintenance of financial and operating budgets with regular variance reports.
  Management for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  Management of Financial matters related to vendors.
  Management of the Income tax, service tax, sales tax with the help from corporate.
  Inventory Management which include implementation of control for monthly stock audit;etc
  Statuary compliance for the company
  All insurance matters with corporate.
  Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work collaratively.
  Good understanding of process and systems.
