1.     This writ petition has been preferred for getting a refund under the
Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004.
2. Before the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner commenced his arguments, it is fairly submitted by learned counsel for the respondent No.1 that a refund order has already been passed on 11.09.2019, a photocopy whereof is handed over in Court which is taken on record. A copy of the refund order has also been given to the counsel for the petitioner. 3. In view of this limited submission, the grievances ventilated in this petition have been brought to an end by the respondent No.1. W.P.(C) 7657/2019 Page 1 of 2 4.
