                               ORDER

PER SHRI BHAVNESH SAINI, J.M.

     The assessee has filed the present stay application for stay of
the outstanding demand of Rs.3,18,16,770/-. The Ld. Counsel for
assessee submitted that the issue in appeal is covered in favour of
the assessee. He prayed that in case early hearing is granted in
the matter, he would not press Stay Application at this stage. Ld.
DR has no objection to the same.

2.     Considering it to be case of high demand, an early hearing in
this case is granted. Office is directed to fix the appeal for final
