01   This is a petition filed on 18/9/2018 by the assessee seeking for extension of stay of
     outstanding demand of Rs. 175.26 Crores granted by this Tribunal vide order dated
     22/06/2018 in SP No. 455/Del/2018 arising out of           ITA 1026/Del/2015 for the
     assessment year 2010-11 .

02   It was submitted by the learned AR of the assessee that the stay granted by this Tribunal
     is valid up to 23rd /09/2018 and appeals filed by the assessee-company before this
     Tribunal was heard on 27/08/2018 and the orders are awaited. It is therefore, requested
     for extension of stay.

03       We heard rival submissions and perused the material on record. Since the appeal was
         already heard by the Bench we are of the considered opinion that it is a fit case to extend
         the stay of demand for 180 days or till disposal of the appeal, whichever is earlier.

04       In the result, the stay petition filed by the assessee is allowed.
