Instant Stay Application has been filed by the assessee, praying
for the stay of demand of Rs. 8,91,009/-.
2. After submitting the merits of SA, the AR submitted that the
assessee is prepared to deposit 25% of the impugned demand, which
he agrees to deposit by 15th December, 2014. The AR also prayed that
since the assessee is ready with the merits, the case may kindly be
fixed at an early date.
3. The DR submitted that the application deserves to be rejected or
the assessee pays fully.
4. We have heard the submissions, and we accept the proposal of the AR
to deposit 25% of Rs. 8,91,009/-, which comes to Rs. 2,22,752/- (say Rs.
