Notice Inviting Bids
For Appointment of Webmaster

Bids are invited from the eligible bidders for Design, Development, Content Management and
Maintenance of website for Income Tax Department. The scope of work includes requirement gathering,
content procurement, design and development of website, content management, functional testing and
maintenance for a period of 5 years. The detailed scope of work, eligibility criteria and other terms and
conditions are available in the RFP document.
The RFP can be obtained by authorized representative of company from Sh. Rajneesh Batra, DD
(Systems), Directorate of Income-tax (Systems), Room No. 51, ARA Centre, Jhandewalan Extension,
New Delhi, by paying Rs. 10,000/- (nonrefundable) in form of a crossed Demand Draft from
Nationalized or Scheduled Banks drawn in favour of "Accounts Officer, Zonal Account Office, Central
Board of Direct Taxes, New Delhi" payable at New Delhi.
The RFP will be available on all working days during office hours till 1700 Hours on 9th December,
2013. More details, including eligibility criteria, are available on the website www.incometaxindia.gov.in.
