        This is an appeal filed by the assessee against the order of CIT(A)

for the assessment years 2011-2012, in the matter of order passed

u/s.201A of the I.T.Act.






2.      Ld. AR, Mr. Fenil Bhatt, submitted an application for withdrawal of

the appeal. Ld. DR has no objection to the same.

3.      Considering the application of the assessee for withdrawal of the

appeal, we dismiss the appeal of the assessee as withdrawn.
