Objective:  With  a  population  of  1.2  billion,  our  country  could  well  be  the  land  of  opportunities  for 
nongovernmental  organizations  (NGOs).  This  can  be  substantiated  with  the  Central  Bureau  of 
Investigation's  conservative  estimate  (March  2014)  of  20  lakh  NGOs  already  operating  in  states  and 
union  territories.  This  seminar  is  organized  to  help  the  participants  make  the  most  of  professional 
opportunities existing and arising in this growing sector.
