                                    ORDER

PER SHRI RAJPAL YADAV, JM:


1.    The present appeal is directed at the instance of assessee against the order

of ld. CIT(A) dated 21.02.2012 passed for A.Y. 2007-08.






2.    The appeal was listed for hearing on 28.08.2012, no one appeared on

behalf of the assessee and therefore, a notice was issued and served. Thereafter,

the assessee put in appearance and hearing was adjourned. On the last date of

hearing, a request for adjournment was made by the assessee and it was

adjourned for today. However, today neither any representative appeared on

behalf of the assessee nor any paper book etc. has been filed. It appears that the

assessee is not interested in prosecuting its appeal. Therefore, it is dismissed for

want of prosecution.
