The Abu Dhabi Chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (“Abu Dhabi Chapter”) is organizing its Silver Jubilee Annual International Seminar on 14th and 15th November 2013 at Armed Forces Officers Club, Abu Dhabi on the theme “Excellence-The Path to Success”.

We are glad to inform you that CA Subodh Kumar Agarwal, President of ICAI and CA K Raghu, Vice President of ICAI have agreed to attend the Silver Jubilee International Seminar and address our members. HE M K Lokesh, Ambassador of India to UAE, will be the Guest of Honour.

The seminar brings together a galaxy of experts and leaders who will brainstorm over one and half days in six power packed sessions including two panel discussions and covers the topics such as:

• Ordinary to Extra Ordinary - Addressed by Mr. Rajsekhar Reddy (1st blind Chartered Accountant in India), General J J Singh, Former Chief  of the Indian Army and former Governor - Arunachal Pradesh.
• The “W” Success Factor (Panel Discussion  - Panelists include Meera Sanyal, Chairperson, Royal Bank of Scotland India and Rana Salhab, Partner Talent and Communications, Deloitte & Touche M.E.)
• CFOs path to CEO (Panel Discussion  - Panelists include CA T N Manoharan (Past President ICAI), CA Amrajit Chopra (Past President ICAI), Stephen Farrell, Dy. MD Ernst & Young ME)
• Other Speakers include Mr. M. Damodaran (former chairman SEBI), and leading CEOs from Middle East and India)

The detailed seminar program and agenda will be circulated in due course. Coinciding with the Annual International Seminar, the Chapter is also arranging for  a social program which includes a Gala Dinner and Musical Concert by the renowned bollywood playback singer Shaan.

The Seminar fee per participant is AED 600 (including annual membership fee)- (AED 550/- if paid by 20 October 2013) and also entitles participant to attend Gala Dinner and Musical Concert. Additional passes for member’s immediate family for the Gala dinner will be at AED 75 per head. Payment for the seminar fee can be made during the next PDC event or at the Chapter’s Office on Saturdays.
