Four Soft, an information technology solutions for logistics industry, has signed pact with the Chennai-based UNIFO Solutions to implement its global customs compliance solutions 4S eCustoms. UNIFO, in turn, would implement the Web-based customs application to its customers.

The contract will see UNIFO deploy the customs solution to our users, enabling simpler and more cost effective processing of their export declarations, Mr M.U.V. Krishna Kumar, Director of UNIFO, said here in a statement.

The solution would be integrated with Four Soft's existing global logistics control tower application, bringing all parties in the loop.

The Four Soft customs product offers plug-and-play modules (that they can use directly without any bother) for different countries, designed to work in a multi-lingual environment. It has interface capabilities with all Four Soft enterprise products as well as with other standard enterprise wide resource planning (ERP) applications, said Mr Rakesh Kumar Munigala, Vice-President and Managing Director (Asia) of Four Soft.
