"Amount of ( 5 ) claimed this year". What does it mean

If income is accrued but not actually received as on 31st March, you may offer the income in the
following year in which it is actually received. In that case, you may carry over the tax deducted
at source for claim in the year in which it is actually received in accordance with the provisions
of Sec. 199 of the I.T. Act..
